According to metrics, the search term Bitcoin hit a peak of 100 in the week from May 16th to 22nd 2021. In January and February 2021 the search query “bitcoin” was high, with more than 75 points.

The score today is 72% lower that the May stats, as the term “bitcoin” currently has a score 28. The score for the search query ethereum is 8 today, which is 68% less than its highest score of 25 points in 2021. On January 7, 2022 the term cryptocurrency had a score 3 but it reached a maximum of 12 in May.

Although the global cryptocurrency market value of the entire crypto-economy is down in recent years, Google searches for the phrase how do I sell bitcoin are still low at 12 points on Friday. This is 88% less than the Google Trends’ ‘how to buy bitcoin’ high for the week from February 14th to 20th last year.

The query “how to sell bitcoin” reached 100 while the query “how to buy ethereum” scored a 12. Today, interest in the phrase “how to sell Ethereum” has risen to 15
